Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving new business activities and growing our order book through targeting long-term sustainable revenue growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and rapidly growing engineering business developing safety control and automation systems for the UK rail sector. You will be working as part of a team of business development and bid/proposal professionals, with frequent UK travel to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively drive new business activities to win new orders and new customers
  • Build, lead, and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing customers
  • Grow the order book through targeting long-term sustainable revenue growth
  • Work collaboratively with engineers and project teams to develop new and innovative technical solutions for customers
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of sales performance, experience of providing high-quality tender/bid submissions, and commercial acumen to interpret contract terms and conditions. Prior experience of selling into the UK rail sector or selling products that are electrical/control systems/SCADA/systems engineering focused would be beneficial but not essential.
