About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Village Hotels. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and manage a team of baristas to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and quality
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or coaching role in a customer-facing environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
