We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Village Hotels. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and manage a team of baristas to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and quality
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
