We're seeking an experienced Store Operations Supervisor to join our team, someone who embodies our values of Thinking without limits, Owning it and backing themselves, and Being relevant.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a small team in one of our store departments and being a role model for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Creating an engaging working environment for colleagues and providing on-the-spot feedback and celebrating successes.
  • Spearheading meticulous store presentation and implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct brand.

You'll also play a crucial role in achieving sales results and driving store performance to its maximum potential by leveraging your knowledge of commercial goals and brand standards.

We offer a range of benefits, including a basic salary of £28,256 per annum, monthly quarterly and bi-annual bonuses, commission-led bonuses, and long service awards.
