Job Description
This integral position requires a full-time financial controller who can manage the accounting and finance department, report to the CFO and owners, and develop their team. Key responsibilities include delivering improved financial controls, providing insight and influence operational decision-making, and leading budgeting and forecasting processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Strong basic accounting and bookkeeping skills with commercial value-added accounting experience
- Proven experience as a Finance Leader (FC, Head of Finance, Finance Director)
- Strong experience in financial controls, management reporting, cost analysis, and business partnering
- Able to partner across all functions to improve outcomes
