We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our EU SellerFlex team in Amazon UK Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Own EU SellerFlex Topline (LT) goal and drive initiatives to improve Customer and Seller experience.
- Co-own/ support 3P Heavy Bulky's 3 Year business planning, short-term and long-term strategy to help deliver multi-billion-dollar business.
- Understand EU SellerFlex Customer and Seller experience gaps, and define strategies to bridge them.
- Represent SellerFlex in regular business reviews and leadership forums.
- Work with partner teams including Sales, Account Management and Transportation to streamline processes and define new SOPs to accelerate Seller flywheel.
- Lead country-specific sellers training and readiness program.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in program or project management.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment.
- Experience leading process improvements.
