Senior Program Manager, Heavy Bulky, EU SellerFlex

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our EU 3P Heavy Bulky team as a Senior Program Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in making Amazon the preferred Heavy Bulky platform for our customers and sellers.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the EU SellerFlex top-line goal, as well as co-owning and supporting the 3P Heavy Bulky's 3-year business planning and strategy. You will also be responsible for understanding EU SellerFlex customer and seller experience gaps and defining strategies to bridge them.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer and seller experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and define new SOPs
  • Leading country-specific seller training and readiness programs
  • Representing SellerFlex in regular business reviews and leadership forums

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
  • Experience in complex problem-solving and working in a tight schedule environment
