Senior Program Manager, Heavy Bulky, EU SellerFlex

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to join our EU SellerFlex team and drive the success of our Heavy Bulky business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to bridge customer and seller experience gaps, and scale the EU SellerFlex program.
Key Responsibilities- Own EU SellerFlex Topline (LT) goal and develop strategies to achieve it
- Lead EU5 SF Recruitment efforts in partnership with Country Teams
- Contribute to 3P Heavy Bulky's 3-Year business planning and short-term/long-term strategy
- Identify and define strategies to bridge customer and seller experience gaps
- Represent SellerFlex in regular business reviews and leadership forums
- Collaborate with partner teams to streamline processes and define new SOPs
- Lead country-specific sellers training and readiness programs
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in program or project management
- Proven track record of owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Intermediate-level Excel skills
- Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field
- Experience in complex problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience in process improvements
