*** Job Role ***
We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing business in key Trauma accounts, as well as identifying and developing new sales opportunities in the defined territory.
*** Key Responsibilities ***
- Maintain existing business in key Trauma accounts
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the defined territory
- Develop strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff
- Cover cases in operating theatres within key accounts
- Audit theatre and hospital stock, managing consignment levels and ensuring good asset management and stock rotation
*** Requirements ***
- Proven sales or clinical experience
- Training in a medical, scientific, technical career or degree in sciences/economics (ideal)
- Intrinsic motivation, a self-starter with a focus on delivering results
- Decisive, assertive with a winning personality
- Ambitious and driven to achieve results
- Tenacity and a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and adapt to changes
- Confidence and a desire to win
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept in building relationships
- Ability to work under pressure

- A full, valid UK drivers license
