Job Summary
Beaumont Lodge Medical Practice is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Receptionist/Administrator. This part-time position requires excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
Main Duties
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, handling a range of tasks and duties to ensure the smooth operation of the surgery.
About Us
We are a practice of almost 7000 patients, with a team of GP partners, registrars, nurses, and administrative staff. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to progress after a six-month probationary period.
Job Responsibilities
This role involves answering queries, making appointments, and carrying out tasks for the doctors and wider team. The successful candidate will have excellent timekeeping skills, flexibility, and the ability to work well under pressure.
