Operations Manager

Additional Resources Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Ridham Dock. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the processing facility, focusing on health and safety, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the operational team to achieve performance targets.
  • Lead and promote top-tier Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across the site.
  • Contribute to budgeting, strategic planning, and driving continual improvement.
  • Ensure the maintenance and smooth operation of all facilities and equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to uphold high service levels.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience in managing high-volume, automated production processes in a relevant sector.
  • Ideal WAMITAB qualifications in non-hazardous waste transfer / treatment.
  • Excellent organisational abilities within regulated industries, with experience in standardising and improving processes.
