We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Additional Resources Ltd. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our processing facility, focusing on health and safety, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop the operational team to achieve performance targets.
- Lead and promote top-tier Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across the site.
- Contribute to budgeting, strategic planning, and driving continual improvement.
- Ensure the maintenance and smooth operation of all facilities and equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to uphold high service levels.
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in managing high-volume, automated production processes in a relevant sector.
- Ideal candidate will have WAMITAB qualifications in non-hazardous waste transfer/treatment.
- Excellent organisational abilities within regulated industries, with experience in standardising and improving processes.
