Location: Ridham Dock

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Additional Resources Ltd, a leading firm in sustainable materials processing. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing high-volume, automated production processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our processing facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing the operational team to achieve performance targets and drive continual improvement.
  • Ensuring the maintenance and operation of all facilities and equipment, with a focus on health and safety, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders to uphold high service levels and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Managing and developing the operational team to achieve performance targets and drive continual improvement.
  • Leading and promoting top-tier Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across the site.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, with a strong background in managing high-volume, automated production processes.
  • Experience in a relevant sector, with a focus on health and safety, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
