Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Officer to join our team at The Oldham College. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a Level 3 qualification in childcare and have a minimum of three years' experience working in an Early Years setting.

About the Role

This position involves working as part of a team to provide high-quality care and education to young children. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences, developing relationships with children and their families, and contributing to the overall well-being of the nursery.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare and have a minimum of three years' post-qualifying experience in an Early Years setting. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality early years education and care.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £23,500 per annum, depending on experience, and access to ongoing professional development opportunities. In addition, we provide a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages staff to thrive and reach their full potential.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is estimated to be between £19,830 and £20,793, based on a 38-week contract and 36.66 hours of work per week. We also offer a range of benefits, including access to ongoing professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
