About The Oldham College Apprenticeship Team
We are seeking a skilled Tutor/Assessor for our Caring Professions Work-Based Learning Team.
This exciting opportunity is for a full-time Early Years and Education specialist to support learners undertaking level 4 and 5 apprenticeships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Skillfully assess and deliver training in Early Years and Education settings
- Develop effective learning plans and monitor progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging training materials
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sector trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Early Years and Education training or assessment
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
