About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Early Years Officer to join our team at The Oldham College. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Early Years education and care to our students
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement engaging learning activities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Early Years Curriculum
  • Provide support and guidance to students, parents, and colleagues as needed

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification (e.g., NNEB Certificate, NVQ Level 3, or BTEC in Childcare)
  • First Aid certificate
  • Ability to observe, record, and report on children's welfare and development
  • Ability to work positively and cooperatively as part of a team
  • Ability to be flexible in attendance when required
