About the Job

This role involves supporting key customers at each stage of the entry process, helping them understand the rules of entry, providing guidance on category selection, and generating entries to all LIONS Festivals.

  • Support customers throughout the entry process.
  • Develop expertise on our entry system, website, and materials to assist customers with queries.
  • Project management skills to scope out internal projects and build timelines.
