About the Job
We are currently seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library. This is a permanent, full-time position based in the UK, offering a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in coordinating large-scale events and possess excellent organisational skills. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, including logistics, marketing, and event operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and supplier management.
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote the awards events.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and attendees, to ensure a seamless event experience.
- Manage event budgets and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging event graphics and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure effective event promotion across social media channels.
- Manage event registrations, including nominations, judges meetings, and attendee check-in.
- Oversee event setup, instruction, and breakdown, ensuring a safe and efficient event environment.
