We are seeking a seasoned Awards Product Manager to lead the administration of our awards process and contribute to the ongoing development of world-class Awards products. As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with the Senior Awards Product & Research Manager to ensure that our Awards products align with industry standards and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver the end-to-end process of developing a world-class Awards program, managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring tasks stay on track and timelines are met.
  • Administer and deliver Awards products, supporting the end-to-end process and ensuring seamless implementation of the program.
  • Assist the Senior Awards Product & Research Manager in the daily management of tasks related to the development and refinement of Awards products.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail. Experience with product development or event management in a related field, such as awards programs, events, or recognition schemes, is essential. Some experience in financial services or fintech-related industries is preferred but not required.
