At Orion Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join our UKI Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the UKI market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the sales plan for key strategic accounts within a defined territory
  • Work closely with the OH team to create and present proposals and quotations to achieve sales targets
  • Manage account plans for each key account and ensure timely execution
  • Represent Orion Health at client Programme Board meetings
  • Actively promote Orion Health solutions to meet client needs and drive business growth
  • Develop pipeline within the territory from existing and new clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for the region
  • Update sales pipeline within the Customer Relationship Management system (Netsuite)
  • Deal with any customer escalations and resolve issues as necessary

Behavioural and Technical Capabilities

  • A passion for sales and high ambition to succeed
  • Great presentation skills at all levels in an organisation
  • Board level selling and relationship building
  • Ability to see the wider context and promote solutions across Health and Social Care
  • Experience gained in an IT software, product or services organisation
  • Experience of developing and maintaining strategic sales account plans
  • Ability to take ownership for complex problems
  • Customer-focused with a passion and drive for customer satisfaction and delivering business value
  • Build effective relationships and results orientation
  • Proven ability to make customer-oriented decisions
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner to all levels
  • Comfortable to challenge and be challenged and manage conflict
  • Good interpersonal skills that enable working relationships to be developed at all levels across the business
  • Good understanding of price and cost models
  • Commercial focus and awareness

Experience

  • Proven capability as a strategic selling, above-target achiever
  • NHS, Health and Social Care experience essential
