Account Director Opportunity

A leading global medical communications agency is seeking a seasoned Account Director to lead their team. This is a rolling 3-month contract, working outside of IR35, and offering competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee overall account performance, financial performance, and growth.
  • Provide strategic consultancy and marketing insight to drive account direction.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service quality and issue management.
  • Lead and motivate the account team, ensuring resource planning and coordination.

Requirements
  • Several years of experience in a full-service medical communications agency.

  • Strong motivational and group management skills, with excellent interpersonal and relationship development abilities.
  • Able to mentor all levels of account management and build internal relationships with client teams.
  • Highly adept at business development and network effectively with client teams.
