Job Summary

Michael Page Human Resources is seeking an accomplished Operational People Advisory Manager to lead our HR Advisory team and deliver exceptional advisory services and HR projects.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage the HR Advisory team to deliver excellent service and support to our clients.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive business growth.
  • Advise on complex HR issues and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals to ensure employee development and engagement.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and innovation.
  • Report on HR metrics to inform decision-making processes and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field, such as Business Administration or Organizational Development.
  • Proven experience in a HR leadership role, with a track record of delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Expert knowledge of HR practices and legislation, with a strong understanding of employment law and regulatory requirements.
