Assistant Construction Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable firm in Central London, where you will be shadowing an experienced Facades Manager and learning the processes within the company to help build a large 38m cut and carve scheme.

You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing aspects of the project from demolition to completion, managing on-site personnel and subcontractors, and monitoring project progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee project aspects from demolition to completion.
  • Manage on-site personnel and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

Requirements:

  • SSSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid at Work
  • Relevant experience.

What's on offer:

  • Day rate between ££ CIS a day.
  • Temporary to permanent option.
