Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide effective leadership and management to the safeguarding partnerships team, ensuring they are equipped to address statutory safeguarding issues under the Care Act and the Child and Social Work Act.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure that safeguarding partnerships meet their statutory obligations, including compliance with safeguarding laws and regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Lead audits and implement improvements to safeguarding practices, ensuring that our partnerships are continuously improving.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with multi-agency partners to enhance safeguarding efforts, developing and delivering training packages based on best practice.
- Impact and Improvement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve safeguarding practices, ensuring that our partnerships are making a positive impact in Warrington.
