Are you a skilled professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented Veterinary Reception Team Member to join our team at Medivet Group Limited.
About the RoleThis role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working as part of a supportive team. As a Veterinary Reception Team Member, you will be responsible for handling insurance claims, monitoring debt levels, and ensuring timely payments by communicating with clients.
You will also support the reception team and assist with appointments as needed. Our team works in a bright and spacious office environment, where you will work alongside a friendly team of 40 colleagues in a supportive and compassionate setting.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per year, plus benefits including health cash plan, life assurance, access to counselling, and 31 days' annual leave rising to 36 with length of service.
Your Skills and Experience- Experience of working as part of a team and building positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Able to provide exceptional care to clients and patients.
- Client care skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible and willing to learn.
