About the Role: We are seeking an experienced veterinary care assistant to join our team at Dnavetcare's award-winning Streatham Hill Veterinary Surgery. As a part-time weekend animal nursing assistant, you will work closely with our veterinary team to provide exceptional care to animals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care: Assist with animal handling, administer medication, and weigh animals as required.">
  • Maintain a clean environment: Clean enclosures, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe working environment.">
  • Support the veterinary team: Assist with surgical procedures, take vital signs, and provide emotional support to anxious pets.">
  • Carry out reception duties: Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records.">
  • Participate in CPD: Enhance your skills and knowledge through regular training sessions and workshops.">
  • Opportunity to train to become an RVN: Develop your skills and gain qualifications to become a registered veterinary nurse.">
