**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Team Lead to join our esteemed practice in Woking. As a respected healthcare provider, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care to our clients and their pets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior nurse to lead our veterinary team and take on new challenges. With a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing team and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

About the Role:

In this Senior Nurse Role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of skilled nurses to provide exceptional patient care
  • Collaborating with our veterinarians to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety within the practice
  • Providing coaching and training to junior staff members
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care
