Key Responsibilities:- Lead our busy internal and expanding external medical referral services
- Work collaboratively with our team of 16 FTE vets, including Advanced Practitioners in medicine, surgery, and general practice
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
- Advanced degree in veterinary medicine or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of leadership and collaboration in a veterinary setting
- Strong medical knowledge and skills, with expertise in internal medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Annual CPD allowance with further training/certifications encouraged
