We are seeking an experienced Equine Reception Team Member to join our Hendon practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to clients and patients, while supporting our Veterinary Surgeons, Nurses, and Animal Care Assistants.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for animal welfare. You will be responsible for handling busy telephone lines, arranging appointments, taking payments, and ensuring the consult rooms are fully stocked.

In addition to this, you will maintain the reception and waiting areas, ensuring they always look their best. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:

You will consistently deliver exceptional care to clients, support with operations and procedures, and deliver patient monitoring and care, including everyday tasks such as walking, toileting, and feeding. You will also ensure compliance with all regulatory, practice, and operational standards.
