About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Branch Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase customer loyalty
  • Monitor and control branch operations, including stock management, cash handling, and security
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance
