Stonor Medical is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead our Dementia Nursing Home in East Sussex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of the home, ensuring positive outcomes for our residents and staff. Your duties will include regular communication with residents, relatives, and external professionals, as well as managing financial budgets to meet revenue and income targets. We require an Adult RGN/RMN or an experienced manager with NVQ level 5 or above in Health and Social Care, with a proven track record of caring for people with dementia and inspiring leadership. You will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels. In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000, 25 days paid holiday, a contributory company pension scheme, and access to your pay as you earn it.
