Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join CLD Recruitment in Otley.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to provide support to our survey team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately typing survey reports, scheduling appointments, and gathering information on properties.

You will also provide vital finance admin support, ensuring invoices are drafted and sent to clients on time.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accurate typing of written notes and audio recordings relating to Survey reports
  • Creating appointments for our Surveyor
  • Assisting in drafting reports by gathering information on the property
  • Scanning and uploading survey reports onto Reapit or Quest
  • Drafting and sending invoices using 'Quest'
  • Managing and monitoring survey referral process
  • Providing administrative support to the complaints handling function

Skills Required:

  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks
  • Strong desire to satisfy customer needs and achieve results
  • Good communication skills
  • Conscientious, hard-working and self-disciplined
  • Excellent IT skills - with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

Salary Information: £25,500 per annum
