  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, with experience in delivering people-focused programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal approach that is consultative, curious, and collaborative, with a passion for driving business growth and excellence.
