- Develop and implement strategies to drive improvement and deliver savings plans.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to gain confidence and support for change initiatives.
- Ensure transformation work is underpinned by equity and justice principles.
We're seeking a unique skill set that spans transformation, change, and equalities. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving change and delivering results in a similar context.
Reporting LineThis role will report directly to the Chief Executive, requiring strong relationships and communication skills to drive change and deliver results.
