About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our People and Change team as an Associate Director. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to deliver transformation projects and provide expert advice on organizational development and change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support large-scale transformation projects, focusing on people, organization, and change management
  • Collaborate with clients to identify, analyze, and solve business challenges
  • Develop and deliver client proposals and presentations
  • Contribute to the development of our clients' HR and business processes
  • Work closely with internal and external resources to deliver exceptional results

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading transformation projects, particularly in people, organization, and change management
  • Strong academic record, preferably with a relevant or business-focused degree
  • Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual teams and independently
  • High proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Demonstrate and operate in line with RSM's core values of excellence, teamwork, integrity, respect, and stewardship

Desirable Qualifications

  • Change management or HR qualification/accreditation (Prosci, CIPD)
  • Understanding of best practice HR policies and processes throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Experience of applying key models and methodologies (ADKAR, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Experience of facilitating workshops and designing training programs
  • Knowledge and experience of HR and business process design
  • Knowledge and experience of key HR systems (Workday, MS365 HR, Success Factors, Cornerstone, other LMS platforms)
