About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our People and Change team as an Associate Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting large-scale transformation projects, particularly from a people, organisation, and change management perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proven track record of leading and supporting large-scale transformation projects, particularly from a people, organisation, and change management perspective
  • Strong academic record: preferably with a relevant or business-focused degree or equivalent qualification
  • Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in collating and analysing data from multiple sources, using critical thinking to identify client requirements/issues, create insight, and propose effective solutions to address
  • Able to interact effectively with internal and external resources, at all organisational levels
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be a team player, able to work in virtual teams and independently
  • Proactive, organised, and self-motivated
  • High proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
Desirable Qualifications
  • Change management or HR qualification/accreditation (Prosci, CIPD)
  • Understanding of best practice HR policies and end-to-end processes throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Experience of applying key models and methodologies (ADKAR, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Experience of facilitating workshops
  • Experience of designing and delivering training (including instructor-led, e-learning, digital adoption platforms)
  • Knowledge and experience of HR and wider business process design
  • Knowledge and experience of key HR systems (Workday, MS365 HR, Success Factors, Cornerstone, other LMS platforms)
