About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our People and Change team as an Associate Director. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to deliver transformation projects and provide expert advice on organisational development and change management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and supporting large-scale transformation projects, particularly from a people, organisation, and change management perspective. You will have strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting transformation projects to deliver business value and organisational change
  • Providing expert advice on organisational development and change management to clients
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects and achieve business objectives
  • Developing and implementing effective change management strategies to support organisational change

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of leading and supporting large-scale transformation projects
  • Strong academic credentials, preferably with a relevant or business-focused degree
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in collating and analysing data from multiple sources
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously

Desirable

The following qualifications and experience would be advantageous:

  • Change management or HR qualification/accreditation
  • Understanding of best practice HR policies and end-to-end processes throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Experience of applying key models and methodologies
