About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our team at Hampton Medical Centre. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our busy medical centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake general treatment room duties, including cervical smears, immunisations, wound care, and venepuncture.
  • Provide telephone advice and document consultations in patient records.
  • Conduct family planning and learning disability reviews.
  • Manage long-term conditions and promote health and wellbeing.
