Hampton Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Main Responsibilities
- Undertake general nursing duties, including cervical smears, immunisations, wound care, and venepuncture.
- Provide telephone advice and document consultations in patient records.
- Manage long-term conditions and health promotion initiatives.
- Participate in the administrative and professional responsibilities of the Practice team.

We are a busy and energetic Practice with a patient list size of 11,000. Our team is friendly and supportive, and we enjoy Practice gatherings and social events. Our patient demographic is diverse, and we are committed to providing equal access to healthcare services.
Requirements
- Must be a registered Practice Nurse with experience working in a GP surgery.
- Must be competent in cervical smears and other general nursing duties.
- Desirable: ability to perform bloods and ECGs, and experience with long-term condition reviews.
