About the Role

Lakeside Healthcare Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Practice Nurse to join our team. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality primary care services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including health education, wound management, and minor procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to promote integrated pathways of care and improve patient outcomes.
  • Conduct health screenings and provide general and specific health advice to patients.

Requirements
