We are looking for a highly skilled professional to oversee complex casework and promote best practices in our Family Early Help Service.

The estimated salary for this role is £52,674 - £59,772 per annum (full-time equivalent).

About the Role:

This 10-month fixed-term contract requires a leader who can drive early intervention efforts to improve impact and engage families more effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Best Practices: Foster excellent early help practices, including assessing needs, planning purposefully, and working collaboratively with families and other professionals.
  • Deliver High-Quality Services: Ensure that our early help service provides 'outstanding' support, with high-quality integrated practices that address the needs of families at risk of poor outcomes.
  • Support Ongoing Progress: Oversee complex casework to ensure successful outcomes for families transitioning from statutory social work.
