The role of a Children and Family Services Manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Social Care teams, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to vulnerable children and their families.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Management Lead - Looked After Children to join our team, responsible for leading our practice in providing high-quality services to looked-after children and their families. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social care and experience in managing a team.

About You
  • You will have a proven track record of working in social care, with a minimum of 1-2 years' post-qualifying experience in a similar role.
  • You will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver high-quality services.
  • HCPC registration is essential, and you must be eligible to work in the UK.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
