About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional SEN Teacher to join our team at Tadworth KT20. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and learning across the school, contributing to the strategic direction of the school's subject development, and leading training programs. This is a full-time position requiring a highly skilled professional who can deliver engaging lessons, provide expert guidance to colleagues, and support the school's efforts to raise standards of teaching and learning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering exceptional lessons, providing expert guidance to colleagues, and supporting the school's efforts to raise standards of teaching and learning. They will also be expected to hold a teaching qualification, a degree or equivalent, and have experience in lesson observations, giving robust feedback, and implementing strategies to raise student achievement. With a proven track record of excellent results at KS3/4, the ideal candidate will possess high-quality pupil tracking and feedback practices.

The salary for this position is approximately £40,000 per annum, reflecting the challenging yet rewarding nature of the role.
