Compliance Learning Specialist - Permanent

Grade 4 - Implementation of project activity or provision of specialist advice within a given policy framework as either technical/operational specialist or team leader

Salary - competitive plus upto 10% bonus

**What you'll be doing**:

- Have a pivotal role to help shape the future landscape of compliance training at TFSUK
- Identify, design, develop and deliver financial services training which will include Consumer Duty, Anti Money Laundering, Financial Crime, Data Protection, General Data Protection
- Have responsibility and ownership to ensure we meet our compliance training commitment and enhance the knowledge to stakeholders
- Utilise the various learning methodologies, including e-learning, classroom training, workshops and ensure training is suited to a range of stakeholders with varying experience
- Deliver positive and engaging learning interventions
- Collaborate with business assurance teams to ensure focussed on delivering good customer outcomes and managing risk associated with training.
- Develop ‘just in time’ training and coaching solutions to support our customer facing areas.
- Collate and translate information and intelligence from across the business to create meaningful and specific training interventions to support business compliance across the company.
- Monitor and review all eLearning modules and approach to support the correct outcomes.

**Key Experience and Skills**:

- Proven experience in delivering compliance training in Financial Services
- Authoring
- Training delivery via face to face, webinars, e-learns
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) administration
- eLearning development
- Microsoft office (intermediate/advanced)
