Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain efficient operational processes to support the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and manage clinical rotas, ensuring optimal staffing and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including rota management, room bookings, and communication with external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently.
  • IT literacy and proficiency in using clinical systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Systm1 and/or EMIS clinical systems (desirable).
Personal Qualities

  • Ability to work calmly and produce creative solutions to issues.

Qualifications
  • GCSE/O Level English and Maths (desirable).
  • EDCL or equivalent (desirable).
Experience
  • IT literate.
  • Working knowledge of System 1 IT system (desirable).
