Rota Service Coordinator

Job Summary
Welcome to FCMS, a social enterprise dedicated to delivering high-quality health and wellbeing services. We are seeking a highly skilled Rota Service Coordinator to join our team in the Diagnostics setting.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in creating and maintaining processes and systems to support the service, including rotas, staffing, and clinical location bookings. They will be a proactive member of the team, contributing to the efficient and systematic delivery of quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the implementation and ongoing delivery of the service
- Ensure the service is delivered to a high standard, meeting the needs of all stakeholders, including patients and commissioners
- Promote workforce integrity, empower professional accountability within the clinical team, and ensure accreditation processes are followed
Administrative Duties:
- Develop monthly clinical rotas, including organizing transportation of kit and consumables, checking clinical sites, and reporting clinic incidents
- Liaise with clinical staff on availability and meet service demand
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- IT skills and excellent organizational skills
- Competent, reliable, and conscientious person who can work on their own initiative and observe confidentiality
