**Make a Difference in the Lives of Adults with Autism**

Autism Together is a leading charity providing services and support to autistic people and their families. We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in one of our Residential properties across Wirral and West Cheshire.

**Your Role**

As a Support Worker, you will work with a warm and friendly team to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support. Your duties will include supporting individuals during Waking Night Shifts, which includes assisting with personal care and monitoring their progress.

**What We Offer**

We provide an excellent rate of pay £12.20 per hour (up to £12.75 per hour) and enhanced overtime rates. You will also receive a free DBS check, fully paid induction training, and a pension scheme. Additionally, you will have access to our Employee Assistant Programme (EAP) and occupational health, early overtime pay scheme, and opportunities for professional career progression.
