**Job Title:** Support Worker - Autism Specialist

**Location:** Wirral and NW Cheshire

**Salary:** £13.44 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

**Hours:** As a flexible support worker, you will work as part of our team, choosing from a list of available shifts. Our day shifts typically run from 7:30am to 4pm or 4pm to 10:30pm, while waking night shifts are from 9:45pm to 7:45am.

**Your Role:**

  • Support individuals with Autism in their daily lives, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Accompany individuals to leisure and personal activities or appointments.
  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks, as needed.
  • Prepare meals and snacks, ensuring a healthy and balanced diet.
  • Administer medication, as required (full training provided).
  • Provide emotional support and guidance during challenging situations.
