Job Title: Flexible Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Autism Together. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism to live fulfilling lives.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will work across all our services, accompanying individuals to leisure and personal activities, supporting them to attend work or day-time activities, and helping to maintain good domestic standards within the service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with Autism to develop their skills and independence
  • Accompany individuals to appointments and activities
  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Prepare meals and snacks with individuals
  • Administer medication as required
  • Support individuals during times of anxiety and risk behaviors
