Eakin Healthcare is a leading manufacturer of medical devices, dedicated to improving the lives of patients worldwide. As a Commercial Training Manager, you will play a key part in supporting our global learning capability and executing an outcomes-driven approach to clinical voice development.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement a cross-functional training framework to enhance the confidence and competence of market-facing employees and business partners.
  • Collaborate with commercial therapeutic areas to create high-quality training content, including clinical, product, and commercial training.
  • Work with Human Resources to deliver comprehensive company induction training and develop a structured training plan for new employees.
  • Coordinate the creation and maintenance of role-based training matrices, including Quality Management System (QMS) training requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Oversee the development of an online training platform and deliver training and train-the-trainer training.


Requirements



  • Proven experience in commercial training, with a track record of delivering dynamic and engaging programs.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of the end-to-end medical device sales process, including domestic and international markets.
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with clinical experience, or strong clinical product training and clinical selling experience.
  • Ability to translate clinical and scientific evidence into commercial training messages.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing within a matrix organization.
